Made with a couple dozen layers of filo pastry dough, chopped walnuts, and then cooked in the oven with sweet syrup. Gaziburma Mustafa is one of the best Turkish baklava makers in Istanbul. They always use fresh, high quality ingredients and no additives.
Ingredients: walnut, clarified butter, sugar, water, dough.
Storage: We recommend storing your baklava in the refrigerator for maximum freshness and longevity. Baklava stored in the fridge can last up to 2+ months or longer in an airtight container.
How to enjoy: For the best experience, warm up your baklava in a conventional or toaster oven for 5-7 minutes at a temperature no greater than 300°F.
